At Oljarna Jeruzalem SAT, we leave nothing to chance when it comes to quality. We operate according to verified standards and use quality marks that help customers understand where our products come from, how they are made, and why they can be trusted.
Our work is based on controlled processes, raw material traceability, safe production, and respect for the traditional method of pumpkin seed oil production.
Styrian-Prekmurje Pumpkin Seed Oil Slovenia with Protected Geographical Indication
Not every pumpkin seed oil is Styrian-Prekmurje Pumpkin Seed Oil Slovenia. You can recognise the authenticity of this oil by the European Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) mark.
This mark confirms that the oil is linked to a specific geographical area, its tradition, knowledge and reputation. For a protected geographical indication, at least one stage of production or processing must be carried out in the defined area. At Jeruzalem SAT, all stages — from field to finished oil — are carried out in the Styrian-Prekmurje region.
The certificate guarantees that this is an authentic unrefined pumpkin seed oil, made by the traditional process from roasted pumpkin seeds. It is distinguished by its characteristic dark colour with green-brown, green-red or green-brown-red hues, a pleasant aroma and a full, nutty flavour.
For the customer, this mark confirms that the oil has been produced according to the prescribed requirements for this protected name. At the same time, it protects the tradition, reputation and uniqueness of one of Slovenia's most recognisable culinary products.
ISO 9001:2015 Certificate
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. The certificate confirms that our company has clear, controlled and well-organised work procedures in place. This means that responsibilities are clearly defined, and the quality of our products and services is regularly monitored, verified and improved. For the customer, this is an additional assurance that our products are prepared consistently, responsibly and with great attention to quality.
IFS Food Certificate
IFS Food is an international standard for the assessment of food safety and quality. The IFS certificate confirms that we have controlled procedures in place in our food production to manage risks that may affect the safety, quality, traceability and compliance of our products.
The standard covers the entire process — from raw materials and suppliers to production, packaging, labelling and dispatch. For the customer, this means additional confidence that our products are made in a well-organised and verified environment where food safety and product quality come first.
BIO Slovenia and KON-CERT
The BIO Slovenia mark means that the product is included in the organic farming or processing system and that its compliance is verified by an independent accredited certification body.
The mark is awarded by the KON-CERT Institute and may be used by operators holding a valid certificate for organic production or processing. The certificate confirms compliance of production, processing, packaging, storage and transport with applicable organic farming regulations.
Organic farming is based on sustainable resource management, a more responsible attitude towards nature and stricter rules regarding the use of certain inputs in production.
The certificate applies to products that are specifically marked as organic on our website.
Nature Centre Središče ob Dravi
The Nature Centre Središče ob Dravi logo expresses our connection to the local environment. The municipality of Središče ob Dravi is known for its nature-rich area along the Drava river, where nature, agriculture, local production and a responsible attitude towards the environment play an important role. The Nature Centre is dedicated to raising visitor awareness and preserving this precious area.
For the customer, this means that our products are not only connected to production, but also to a local place, tradition and respect for the nature from which we come.
