Pancakes with vanilla cream and ice cream with pumpkin seed oil and chopped walnuts
Ingredients for 10-12 pancakes:
- 3.5dl of milk
- 1dl of mineral water
- 25 dag of flour (soft)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
Separate the eggs and make a snow. Make a smooth mass from the remaining ingredients, then slowly add the flour, carefully add some more snow at the end and leave it rest for a few minutes. By adding snow, the pancakes will be more frothy.
Ingredients for vanilla cream:
- 8.5dl of milk
- 2 bags of vanilla pudding
- 1 egg
- sugar (as stated in the instructions for pudding)
You also need:
- vanilla ice cream
- pumpkin seed oil
- walnuts
Take about one deciliter of milk from the milk, add sugar, pudding, whole egg and mix everything well. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and cook the pudding. Remove from the heat and stir every now and then. If you want, you can add a little more rum to the cream.
Bake the pancakes on oil or butter, whatever you prefer. Coat the pancakes with vanilla cream, fold them in a quarter, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, pour over pumpkin seed oil and sprinkle them with crushed walnuts.
